The PDF forms tool creates interactive text fields using AcroForm, keeping the document editable. Everything is processed in your browser.
You set the field name, page, X/Y position, width, height and font size. The tool creates an interactive text field that the recipient can fill in.
The field uses the PDF AcroForm standard, so it stays editable in compatible readers. The rest of the document content is not changed.
