By accessing and using UtilNexo, you declare that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the site.

UtilNexo offers free text, data, calculation, PDF, image and video tools. Tools marked as local process content in the browser without uploading it to perform the operation; loading the page and resources may generate network traffic. Other tools send files, URLs or audio to a server and, in some modes, to external providers. The video editor uses private storage. Read the tool notice and Privacy Policy for limits, processing and retention. Immediate deletion of remote files is not guaranteed. Keep originals and verify results before important uses.

You agree to use UtilNexo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the tools for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to overload, disable, or compromise the site's infrastructure (DDoS attacks, code injection, abusive scraping, etc.).
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the site to distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content.
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access for users who violate these terms.

Downloads require both rights to the content and platform permission for the access method. Circumventing DRM, authentication, download blocks or other restrictions is prohibited. A confirmation checkbox does not grant rights or replace those permissions. Identifier and fictional-data generators are for testing, not fraud, impersonation, official documents or real transactions.

All UtilNexo tools are free. There is no paid plan, and no feature is locked behind a subscription or an account. The site may display advertising after provider approval and activation.

Technical limits and fair use: Use is free but subject to technical limits per task (number and size of files) and to a fair use policy, including a cap on operations per minute. These limits exist to keep the service available to everyone and may be adjusted without prior notice. We do not use the term "unlimited".

Subscriptions discontinued: UtilNexo previously offered a paid plan ("Pro"). New subscriptions are closed and it is no longer possible to start one. Features that would have been exclusive to the paid plan are available to everyone at no cost, and there is no active recurring billing.

We do not claim rights to content you submit. Processing or downloading does not transfer third-party rights: you remain responsible for obtaining the required permissions. UtilNexo text, branding, design and software remain subject to applicable rights and licenses.

UtilNexo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Tool results will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Defects or bugs will be immediately corrected.

You use the tools at your own risk. We recommend verifying critical results before using them in production or important contexts.

Under no circumstances shall UtilNexo or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

UtilNexo may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites and assume no responsibility for them. We recommend reading the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts where the service is provided.
