HTML to PDF

Turn an HTML file or a web address into a PDF, with the layout rendered just as a browser would. Processed on an isolated server.

The HTML to PDF tool converts HTML code, an HTML file or a validated URL into PDF, using Playwright on an isolated server.

You can paste HTML code, upload an .html file, or provide a URL. The tool renders the page in a headless browser and generates a PDF with the visual appearance of the content.

Processing runs on an isolated server with SSRF blocking: addresses like localhost, private networks and metadata services are blocked to protect the infrastructure.

It is useful for generating documents from web pages, creating PDF versions of HTML reports, or turning templates into files ready for distribution.

When to use it

  • Converting a public web page to PDF for archiving or sharing.
  • Generating a PDF from an HTML template with your visual identity.

Limitations

  • JavaScript-rendered content may need extra load time and does not always appear completely.
  • Blocked external resources (such as fonts from private networks) may not load in the PDF.

Step by step

  1. Choose between URL, HTML code or file.
  2. Enter the URL or paste the HTML.
  3. Click Convert to PDF and download the result.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert any URL?

Public URLs can be converted. Internal or private addresses are blocked for security.

Is the page JavaScript executed?

Yes, the page is rendered in a headless browser. Async content may need time to load.

Is my HTML stored after conversion?

This tool sends data to a server and needs a connection during processing. The worker attempts to remove temporary files after the task. Immediate deletion is not guaranteed if a failure occurs.
