Organize PDF
Reorder, rotate and delete pages by dragging the document thumbnails. Everything happens in your browser, so the PDF stays with you.
The Organize PDF tool lets you reorder, delete or reposition pages visually by dragging thumbnails to the desired position.
When you load the document, each page appears as a thumbnail. You drag the items to change the sequence, and the new order is reflected immediately before saving.
Organizing uses PDF.js-rendered thumbnails and saves the result with pdf-lib. Each page's content is copied without quality loss or recompression.
It is the fastest way to fix the order of a document, move an important page to the front, or remove stray sheets without a paid editor.
When to use it
- Moving the cover of a report to the first position.
- Fixing the page order of a contract that was scanned out of sequence.
Limitations
- Reordering changes position but does not renumber printed text that already contains page numbers.
- Processing is local; very large documents may take time to render thumbnails.
Step by step
- Select the PDF you want to organize.
- Drag the thumbnails until the order looks right.
- Click Save new order and download the reorganized file.
