Remove pages

Delete the pages you select and download the PDF without them. The document is processed in your browser and never sent to a server.

The Remove pages tool deletes the selected pages from your document and produces a clean version without the sheets you no longer need.

After loading the PDF, you see thumbnails of every page and mark only the ones you want to delete. Selection is visual, so there is no risk of removing the wrong page.

Removal runs in your browser with pdf-lib, copying only the indexes you kept. The result preserves text, images and the original resolution of the remaining pages.

It is perfect for taking out blank pages, removing unnecessary cover sheets, or cleaning up a document before sharing it with clients or colleagues.

When to use it

• Removing blank pages that ended up in the middle of a report.
• Deleting annexes or appendices that should not be sent to the client.

Limitations

• You cannot remove every page; the document must keep at least one.
• The tool removes whole pages, not specific passages or paragraphs.

Step by step

1. Select the PDF you want to remove pages from.
2. Click the thumbnails of the pages you wish to delete.
3. Click Remove selected pages and save the new file.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a selection?

Yes. Just click the selected page again to deselect it before removing.

Does removal change the original file?

No. A new PDF is generated without the removed pages; the original stays intact.

Can I remove every page?

No. The document must keep at least one page, so removing all of them is blocked.
