Rotate PDF
Rotate pages by 90, 180 or 270 degrees to fix the orientation of scanned documents. Processed in your browser, with no upload.
The Rotate PDF tool adjusts the orientation of any page, individually or all at once. Processing happens locally in your browser.
After loading the PDF, you see thumbnails and can apply 90°, -90° or 180° rotations to specific pages. There is also an option to apply the rotation to all pages at once.
Rotation is applied with pdf-lib and saved into the PDF itself, so the orientation looks correct in any reader without relying on display settings.
It is useful for fixing pages that were scanned sideways or upside down, especially in batch-scanned documents.
When to use it
- Straightening contract pages that were scanned horizontally.
- Fixing the orientation of a single report page.
Limitations
- Rotation turns the whole page; it does not correct individual texts or images.
- Very large pages may take time to generate thumbnails in the browser.
Step by step
- Select the PDF.
- Mark the pages and choose the rotation angle.
- Click Apply rotation and download the file.
