How to generate a valid CPF for testing
The CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is an 11-digit number used to identify taxpayers in Brazil. The UtilNexo generator creates CPFs that pass the check-digit validation but are fictional — ideal for software testing without impersonating a real number.
A CPF has nine base digits and two check digits. The last two digits are calculated from the first nine using a modulus-11 algorithm. The generator applies this calculation to produce structurally valid numbers.
It is important to stress: generated CPFs are not registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue and do not correspond to any person. They are meant for filling test forms, validating systems, and simulating registrations during development.
